Choose a finishA Goodix 3228T on the underside takes a single-lead ECG from the wrist in thirty seconds. No chest strap, no clinic, no appointment.
Continuous heart rate and variability, sampled through the night, turned into one number that tells you whether today is a day to push or a day to rest.
A PD2325 optical array watches blood oxygen while you sleep and flags the dips most people never find out about.
Light, deep, REM and awake — plus a 3 ATM rating and a 250 mAh cell, so it stays on your wrist in the shower and for weeks between charges.
One ordinary Tuesday
No training block. No health scare. No reason to look. Just a Tuesday you have already forgotten — and the eleven moments the band wrote down while you got on with it.
Your eyes opened at 06:42. The band had been working since the night before, and it already had a number waiting for you.
HRV68 msovernight average
It went anyway, on your wrist, silently. Nobody else in the room moved. The band has no screen and no speaker, so a buzz is the whole of it — which is the point.
Alarmsilentset in the app
Finger on the case, kettle getting loud. A single-lead ECG takes about as long as the toast.

A call from a number you know, and a message from one you do not. You chose in the app which apps are allowed this far; everything else waited on the phone in your bag.

Water at three, the tablet you keep forgetting at half past. You set the times once, months ago, and the band has handled every day since without being asked again.

Midnight
The deepest stretch of the night, an hour and three-quarters of it, with blood oxygen sampled the whole way through. You were not there for any of it. It was.
Deep sleep1 h 46 mof 7 h 21 m

That is the entire point. The band is worth wearing on the days you would never think to measure — no chest strap, no clinic appointment, no fee waiting at the end of the month.
The metrics above are the ones this band records. The Tuesday is an illustration, not anyone’s data.

Pick a mode, not a guess
Start a session and it logs as the thing you were doing, not as generic movement. There are over 120 modes — a longer list than the sports you have any intention of taking up.

Durability
Four parts decide whether a band is still on your wrist in a year — the seal, the cell, the strap and the radio. Here they are, with numbers.
3 ATMA 30-metre static-pressure rating. Sweat, a downpour and a hand under the tap are nothing to it.
250 mAhA 250 mAh cell inside a 10.6 mm case — around 25 to 30 days of use, and 60 or more on standby. It charges off a magnet that finds its own alignment, so there is no socket on the band to fill with sweat.
150–260 mmOne 260 mm strap, adjustable from a 150 mm wrist to a 260 mm one. Nothing to size at checkout.
Bluetooth 5.3, to Android 8.0 and above or iOS 13.0 and above. You pair it once, from the G band app.
3 ATM is a static-pressure rating, not a diving rating. It does not cover hot water, steam or the sea.
Alarms, calls and reminders
The band has no display — nothing to wake up, nothing to read, nothing to drain. What reaches you is a buzz on the wrist, at a moment you set in the app.
Alarm
Set the time in the app and the band wakes you on the wrist. No noise, no lit screen, and nobody else in the room wakes with you.
Calls and messages
Your phone rings in a bag two rooms away and the band buzzes. Choose in the app which apps are allowed to reach you — the rest stay where they are until you pick the phone up.
Health reminders
Set the times once. The band nudges you to drink, to take what you are meant to take, and to get out of the chair, every day, without you having to remember any of it.
All three are set in the G band app and run on the band itself, so they still reach you when your phone is on silent, face down, or in another room.
The app
Pair the band once with G band and every screen is already there — the day’s rings, the ECG trace, the shape of last night. Nothing is being held back for a plan you have not bought.
Because nothing is locked. Every reading the sensors take is on your phone the moment they take it, on the first morning and on the four-hundredth.
No upgrade screen, no trial that quietly ends. You paid for the band. The app costs nothing today and nothing later.
Export the lot whenever you like and put the file where you want it — your doctor, your spreadsheet, somewhere else entirely. Close the account and it leaves with you.

Tech specs
Before you pay
What actually turns up at your door, whether it will close on your wrist, and honest answers to the rest of it.
One band, in the finish you picked. Strap already fitted, 260 mm end to end.
It snaps onto the back of the case on its own. Nothing to line up, and no open port to keep water out of.
A quick-start card with the pairing steps, and the printed documentation that ships with the band.
That is the whole box. No spare strap, no travel case, no dongle — we would rather not charge you for things you did not ask for.

Small enough that it disappears under a shirt cuff, and 10.6 mm thick, which is the number most people are really asking about.
The strap closes on wrists from 150 mm to 260 mmaround. If you have never measured, wrap a tailor’s tape — or a strip of paper and a ruler — around your wrist just past the bone, snug but not tight, and read the millimetres.
Wrist circumference · millimetres
That closes. Anything from 150 mm to 260 mm does.
Outside that range the strap simply will not sit right, and no amount of goodwill from us will change it — measure before you order.
If your question is not here, ask it before you pay rather than after. We would rather talk you out of the wrong purchase.
Email care@talver.inNo. TALVER is a consumer wellness band, not a certified medical device. The single-lead ECG reads a signal from your wrist — it does not diagnose, detect or rule out any condition, and neither does anything else in the app. Nothing it shows you replaces a doctor, a clinic ECG, or advice you have already been given. If something feels wrong, see a doctor, not a band.
No, and there is no plan to add one. Every feature is in the band and the app from the day it arrives. There is no tier above the one you bought and nothing switches off later, because there is nothing to stop paying.
Android 8.0 and above, or iOS 13.0 and above, over Bluetooth 5.3. The app is called G band. Anything older will not pair, so it is worth checking your phone’s version before you order rather than after the box arrives.
It is rated 3 ATM. Hand-washing, rain, a shower and a swim in a pool are all within that. Diving, high-pressure jets and water sports are not, and we would keep it out of steam rooms and hot water — heat and soap are harder on a seal than water is.
The magnetic cable in the box snaps onto the back of the case — there is no port. The cell is 250 mAh, which the manufacturer rates at 25 to 30 days of use and 60 or more on standby. The honest answer is that it depends on how often you run an ECG and overnight blood oxygen, and we would rather you measure your own month than trust a number printed on a page.
Yes. Your readings export from the app, and they stay yours. We do not sell them, and we do not hold them behind an account you have to keep paying to open.
Send it back within 7 days, no questions asked. That covers the wrist that turned out to be 270 mm as well as the change of mind. Use the scale above first, though — a return neither of us needed is a week of everybody’s time.
